• Shipping Details

We ship via Postal Service which is our standard shipping carrier.
It takes approximately 8-21 days depending upon the delivery address.
Tracking number is provided but may not show step by step tracking information.

• Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I can't accept returns for Custom made or personalized orders including special sizes.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shopify. I share information with Shopify as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Shopify Seller Policy and Shopify Terms of Use.

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
